When a business owner is freed up from the day to day functions of HR, they can focus on driving profitable sales for their organization.  That is where WE come in!  We’re obsessively passionate about it, and our mission is to help businesses achieve it through improved HR practices.

Our Founder

Diane Donis

Diane’s passions for entrepreneurship and the human resources industry prompted her to start HROC.

After studying business management with a focus in HR at Barry University, Diane worked within several fortune 500 companies where her love for Human Resources deepened and was able to put the knowledge she acquired to practice.

However, it wasn’t until she began working for a medium sized business owner who was extremely successful but lacked the foundation of human resources that led her to think that there had to be a way to bring quality HR service to small and medium sized business owners without them having to dig into their bottom-line.

And with the same ambition, she thought there would have to be a way that HR professionals can free-lance their expertise during their spare times.

It was from there on that Diane decided to dedicate her life to bridging this gap between entrepreneurship and human resources.
