How do I get paid?
All payments happen through HROC so the process is quick and efficient. That means we take care of invoicing, payment processing, and payout. HROC charges a 25% fee. Say you charge a client $1000. HROC takes out $250. Tha’ts $750 in your pocket as additional income, and it sure beats someone throwing up in your car.
Payments take approx. 2 weeks for processing.
Can I advertise my listing outside of the platform?
Absolutely! You can send direct links to your listing via email, or link to it on socials.
Are there full-time HROC Freelancers?
HROC Marketplace is designed to be supplemental income for working HR Professionals. While the platform is open and we do not cap your earnings, we do not recommend using it as a replacement or surrogate for your full-time job.
